Florida Retailer Lens

The Florida Retailer Lens was developed to help give market insight to our agents. This includes current footprints of major retailers, shopping centers and their information, schools and university information, hospital information, golf courses, and traffic counts. There are also various demographic shaded layers to help show what type of customer lives in an area. This is a valuable tool to create market strategies, conduct market research, or produce reports on a corridor. This application also leverages Survey 123 to allow for view tracking and custom requests.

TSCG Market Lens

The TSCG Market Lens is a national demographics viewing application for TSCG agents and their clients. There are over a dozen shaded demographic layers for both block groups and zip codes for the continental U.S. There are filters that allow you to highlight only those block groups or zip codes that meet a criteria, and there are estimated demographics available on the fly for any ring or hand drawn trade area through a Market Lens widget.

Site Proposal

During Covid it was hard to accurately highlight a center with limited travel, so I developed a site proposal application that leveraged Google Maps for a general location overview map, Google Street View linked to a site plan to "drive" around a center and view the property, as well as standard demographic reports and maps and customer profile datasets like ESRI's Tapestry and Spatial.ai's social media derived segmentation.
